With our office located in Richmond Virginia, Diamond Bay Construction is a highly respected General Contractor with an outstanding reputation for meeting tough schedules, delivering a quality product and coming in on budget. Our dedicated team comprises construction estimators, project managers, project expeditors/coordinators, and highly skilled craftspeople. Combining and drawing up there many years of experience, we can also provide design-build and design-assist support services. Since 1990, the company has successfully managed some of the largest and most demanding commercial and industrial contracting jobs in the region. A stringent quality assurance/quality control program that ensures our clients receives a superior product guide for all of our projects. We have a “last man out” mentality making sure that every last detail is covered for the overall satisfaction of our customers.


Diamond Bay provides general contracting services for projects well beyond base area. The same comprehensive and professional approach to construction management is provided, but in an approach custom – tailored to the unique needs of the specific projects in many locations. With Class A Contracting Licenses serving Virginia, and Maryland and Master Plumbing, Gas, and HVAC in house, we are able to draw from a limited owner’s representation role, to partnering with local contractors, to providing full general contracting services. Customized quality control plans are developed for all projects including manual procedures, safety procedures, and training.
